Welcome to the Contract History database. This site contains information on contracts awarded by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of all federal government departments and agencies for the last three years.

To become familiar with this site, you should first read the How to Use page. This will walk you through the search capabilities. Next you should review the list of goods and services in the Procurement Allocations Directory to identify the products/services you wish to review.

What it Contains

The database presently contains information on contracts awarded by PWGSC only. Before continuing, you should read the Disclaimer for a further explanation of the contents of this site. Although this historical data may assist you in your market research, it is not an indicator of future opportunities.

What You Can Find

You can search for information in three subject areas: Commodity, Customer or Vendor. As well, if you know all or part of the contract number, you can find out additional details about a specific contract.

How to Find Information

There are two types of search engines available:

• Simple Search: allows you to choose full or partial keywords in one of the four subject areas; and,
• Expert Search: offers the capability of refining your search by selecting more than one subject area (eg: customer and commodity).
